  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Royalegance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

  1. Services Offered

Royalegance provides event styling and decorations hire services (the “Services”) for various events and occasions. These Services may include, but are not limited to, the rental of event decor, setup, and design consultation.

  1. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking: To book our Services, you must contact us via info@royalegance.com.au, Facebook, Instagram or through our website. We will provide you with a quote based on your requirements.

3.2. Payment: Payment for our Services is required as follows:

  • We require a 10% or minimum $50 deposit upon booking and the remaining balance before 10 days of the event.
  • We accept bank transfers and cash.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations prior to 48 hours of the event will be charged at 20% of the total invoice value.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are not accepted and total invoice amount will be charged.

4.2. Cancellation by the Company: In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.

  1. Event Details and Changes

5.1. Client Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate event details, including the event date, location, and any specific requirements or changes in writing.

5.2. Changes by the Client: If you wish to make changes to your event details, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but additional fees may apply.

  1. Liability

6.1. Damage or Loss: The client is responsible for any damage or loss of our rented items during the event. We recommend taking reasonable precautions to protect our decorations and styling elements.

6.2. Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your event, directly or indirectly related to our Services.

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including designs, images, and content created by Royalegance, remain the property of the Company and may not be reproduced or used without our explicit permission.

  1. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia jurisdiction.
